Pour ta première situation, étant donné que Dugares ne cible pas pour reborn, tu choisis en résolution un monstre au GY, donc entre autres les matériels détachés conviennent très bien oui.

Pour ta seconde situation, il y a eu un ruling qui a changé récemment (au moins en OCG mais c'est le genre de truc qu'on applique chez nous une fois officialisé, on se base souvent sur la database OCG pour les ruling : https://ygorganization.com/ocg-12-27-2023-rulings-update/).

Q: Can I target a monster detached as an Xyz Material for the activation cost and sent to the GY with the first effect of Daigusto Emeral? Also, if I only have 2 monsters in my GY, can I activate the first effect of Daigusto Emeral by detaching a Monster Card from among its Xyz Materials?

A: When activating the effect of Daigusto Emeral, first detach an Xyz Material as its cost, then select which effect to activate and the cards it targets. When selecting which effect to activate, the monster detached as cost is already in your GY, so it can be targeted by the first effect.

If you only have 2 monsters in your GY and both of them are Effect Monsters, the effect cannot be activated because you do not have the appropriate monsters in your GY to target for either effect.

If at least 1 of the 2 monsters in your GY is a non-Effect Monster, the second effect is able to be activated, and an Xyz Material can be detached as cost. If the detached material is a Monster Card sent to the GY, you will now have 3 monsters in your GY, so you can select and activate the first effect.

Avant ce changement, il fallait déclarer l'effet que tu utilises, et ensuite détacher les matos, donc impossible de déclarer l'effet de reborn si tu as 0 monstre au GY. Depuis ce changement, tu détaches d'abord les matos avant de choisir l'effet à utiliser, ce qui signifie qu'au moment où les matos ont été détachés, tu es libre de choisir l'effet de reborn car il y a bien des monstres au GY.

Et ceci est spécifiquement faisable avec Dugares car il a un effet à choix multiple, pour lequel l'option de piocher est globalement toujours faisable, donc tu auras globalement toujours le droit d'activer l'effet. Et à partir du moment où tu peux activer l'effet (donc détacher en cost), tu pourras choisir l'effet de reborn.
